President

The President presides over all meetings, ensures compliance to the club’s Constitution & By-Laws and that all club matters are addressed through the leadership, appointed committees or other members of the club.
Vice President

In the absence of the President, the Vice President fulfills those responsibilities; otherwise, the Vice President ensures the operations of the club are addressed through the leadership or other club members.
Secretary

The Secretary maintains the club records and maintains all meeting minutes for club meetings and the board of trustee meetings.
Treasurer

The Treasurer ensures the financial soundness and responsibilities of the club through financial reporting of all deposits received, club-approved expenditures and other financial matters of the club.

Collects and publishes the club’s Hitchpin Newsletter.
Club Show Chairpersons

Plans and coordinates all aspects of the club’s annual show.
